Refund Policy
At Glossed by Veronica, all services are non-refundable. However, client satisfaction is extremely important to me. If you are not happy with your result, please contact me within 72 hours of your appointment. We are happy to make adjustments at no additional cost if the issue is due to a mistake on my part, not a change of mind or personal preference.
Adjustments must be scheduled and completed within a reasonable timeframe after the initial appointment. Any concerns reported after 72 hours may be subject to additional service fees.
Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules. This allows me to offer your appointment time to another client.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will require a fee of 50% of the service. Less than 24 hours notice requires 100% of the service due. No-shows will result in a fee and may lead to restrictions on future bookings.
Please communicate any changes as soon as possible via text or through the website to avoid charges.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, kindly send a text to let me know.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be considered a no-show, resulting in a cancellation fee. This is to respect the time of both me and other clients.
We do our best to accommodate when possible, but significant delays may require adjustments to the service to stay on schedule.
Under 18 Policy
Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present at the time of the consultation and service. A minor consent waiver must be signed by the guardian before any service is performed.
This ensures full understanding and approval of the service being provided. Without a signed waiver, the appointment will be canceled and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Methods of Payment
We accept the following forms of payment:
Cash, Card, Venmo, and Zelle. No checks accepted.
Sick Policy
For the health and safety of all clients and staff, please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell—including symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, or other signs of illness.
If you arrive visibly sick, you will be turned away and required to reschedule. This will be treated as a late cancellation and will result in a fee. Any future rebooking if showing up sick will require a 100% deposit of the service amount for future rebookings.

Client Communcations
To maintain a healthy work-life balance, I only review and reply to messages during my normal business hours, Tuesday through Saturday 9:00 am - 3:00pm. Complex troubleshooting, pricing estimates, or extension hair consultations cannot be done effectively via text message. If a situation requires a detailed discussion, a brief in person consultation must be scheduled.
Booking Policy
I operate on a rolling booking calendar and only schedule appointments one month in advance.
Extension services are intricate, high precision procedures requiring dedicated time slots for removal, retipping, and separate installs. They require an early morning appointment of 9:30 for reinstalls.

Exclusive Workmanship Policy (Quality Control Policies)
I strictly maintain, adjust, or remove extensions that have been performed exclusively by me.
If another stylist, salon, or third party alters, moves, adds or attempts to fix your extensions between your scheduled appointments, my liability for the work is voided.
Out of respect for the quality control of my craft, I will not work over or fix another stylists application. If your extensions are altered by anyone else, you will need to continue your maintenance with them, as I no longer am able to provide further services for that installation.
Maintenance Timelines
To protect hair from tension and damage, certain extensions methods require strict 2 to 3 month removal and retipping cycles.
I do not offer piecemeal tightening sessions. True extension longevity requires a complete, professional removal and precision reinstall at the designated mark to guarantee safety and comfort.
Color Corrections
I specialize in color and extensions that prioritize the health of the hair. If you are coming in with previously darkened or compromised hair, please note that chemical laws dictate the artificial color cannot safely lighten artificial color in one session. Significant shifts in color may take multiple sessions.
If you recently had color done elsewhere and it is not what you had envisioned, I highly recommend returning to that original stylist or salon to have them perform an adjustment, as working over freshly compromised chemical work is not in my forte.

Please arrive with clean, dry hair, unless instructed otherwise.
Be respectful of our time—arriving late impacts your service and others.
No extra guests or children unless previously discussed.
Refrain from using your phone during services that require focus and precision.
Treat your stylist and the salon with kindness and professionalism—positive energy only!
